April Showers Bring New Videos

Springtime at LAB

Springtime is coming in hot with new videos from the directors at LAB. Allow us a moment to show how our STARs shine. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the following videos and think of the POTENTIAL we have to make something sick together. Do make sure to take CARE as you watch and not be overwhelmed by the stellar NEW AGE RAGE of it all. There’s plenty more where that came from…

We’re thrilled to announce that DOGEATDOG is joining our roster. DED is a creative production studio based in London with a wickedly cool music video focused roster that includes Jack Whiteley, Jade O’Belle, Jean-Sébastien Degni, Juliet Casella, KÂCIKÊ, Manoel Akure, Stephen Agnew and Tom Furse. We are equally thrilled to announce that directors Luke Orlando, Naomi Christie and Taylor James have joined our Freelance roster.

Naomi is a writer and photographer who began her career in fashion photography and music videos. She enjoys creating emotive imagery and mixed-genre narratives. Her work often portrays sensuality with the female gaze. Unafraid to delve into the provocative, she enjoys juxtaposing humor and darkness and subverting genre expectations.

Luke is a visual artist specializing in directing and photography. His focus is to capture and create work that fosters empathy and catharsis, whether it be through traditional narratives or more abstract spectacle. Driven by the idea that visual mediums can communicate what cannot be said and in this way dismantle our anxieties to reveal the human being behind the social being.

Taylor is a director, photographer and creative director who began his career as a choreographer. Taylor cut his teeth in music videos working with artists like MUNA and Jason Mraz. His main focus is to make people laugh and create stories about queer characters that lean into the playfulness, humor and absurdity of the LGBTQ experience, showing queer people as more than their struggle by focusing on the beauty, joy and comedy in their lives. He recently wrote and directed his first narrative project, “ILY, BYE”, a chaotic, queer comedy short film starring Meg Stalter, Kanoa Goo and Rainn Wilson.
